Nebula 3 Capsule (D2426) Update FPS When Watching Movies (30FPS)

I have the Nebula 3 Laser (D2426). Love it! What I would like to do would be to change the frame rate refresh especially when watching movies. There's an option to update the DI Film Mode - Off or Auto. When it's updated to Auto, it doesn't seem to lower the frame refresh rate to 30 when watching a movie. It's driving my Creative Director boyfriend crazy!

Software is up to date - OS 11.0.28
