How to get cash to a friend?

I need to get cash to a friend on the other side of the country to buy something from a Craigslist seller. She would prefer not to have the money go through her banking account as I am buying it. They seller doesn't want a cashier's check for some reason. He will accept Zelle, but my bank limits $2500 per day and I need to send $4500. For obvious reasons this has to be an at the time in person transaction so he gets the money when she picks it up, I don't want to send the money in parts the day before if he is selling crap. He doesn't do PayPal. Asked my bank if I could write a personal check to "Cash" so my friend could cash that immediately to get the cash, but they say they don't allow check written to Cash. Any ideas?
