lentigo or melanoma?

M22, Filipino, 120 lbs

I fear i have melanoma. i have this brown spot that seems to be in my lips that has been here for 1-2 months (maybe more) and i thought nothing of it and never noticed it and thought it was just a freckle. however, two days ago i started freaking out and wondering if it actually is melanoma that has progressed and cannot be treated anymore. its kinda oval in shape and has a uniform shape but looking closely may the edges can be a bit jagged but also smooth. i have a virtual derm appt tmrw so hopefully stuff clears up. is this a freckle or something more?
