Homatics Box R 4K Plus slows down the internet speed of all of my devices

hello everyone, I just got this device, it works good however, when I turn it off while stilled connected to wifi, I can see it on the modem's console that it is still downloading stuff in addition to that it really slows down rest of my devices connectivity.

Someone had similar experiences? how can I fix it?
