GPU doesn't get detected

So this is my first build and I got a RX7900XT, it spins and works but doesn't get recognized by the system. I also have a monitor which works fine but I can't change the refresh rate and it seems like even the driver of my Monitor doesn't recognize the monitor for some reason. Any reason this happens?/any solutions?
