Kogan Sim Card Delivery

Recently bought a plan from them and a new sim cars. It was dispatched last Feb 14, and still hasn’t arrived. My plan (voucher) has an expiry date. I’m afraid it’ll expire even before I get the sim. Anyone experienced the same? Were you able to extend the validity of your voucher? I’m from Auckland and I thought it’ll arrive sooner.
