Blazar Remus 33MM which adapter for Canon R5 Mk ii?

Hi folks, I wanted to check with you which adapter would work best for Canon R5 Mk ii? As I understand the EF to RF adapter by Canon doesn't really work with the Blazar as the rear element extends a tad too much for that adapter to work. ( I am open to also get a PL mount if there is a sturdy adapter i can rely on)

I was looking at Fotodiox adapters which has built ND filters ( not sure if anyone used them before with a Blazar 33, although unlikely... due to same reasons as above).

Hence, I just wanted to check what good quality adapters people have used and for what mount, as I just want to make sure I get a lens with the right mount that has an adapter that works with Canon R5 MK ii?
