laptop battery health dropped from 100% to 96% after only 9 charge cycles?

Is it normal for my laptop to drop from 100% to 96% battery health after only 9 charge cycles? It got hot while I was using it after charging from around 5%. It did drop from 100 to 96% battery health within minutes (like 20 minutes of charging) Just curious if this is typical or something to be concerned about.
