Bars/Happy Hour Near Rose Quarter?

Going to the Tyler concert Wednesday at the Moda Center and was curious if anyone had any nearby bars/happy hour recs nearby. Friend and I have happy hour reservations at LeCHON beforehand but that’ll leave us without about an hour or two to kill before we need to get to the show.

Apparently the Elysian taproom will be open for the show, I’ve only been to Dr. Jacks. Any feedback on the tap room? Will it cost the same as inside the venue for a beer?
