Pregnancy?

Recommend me ANY book with the FMC being or eventually getting pregnant, bonus points if it’s OV or mafia🩵🩵

This is definitely a new request for me, but I just finished a series and the very last book was basically the MC’s happily ever after which I LOVED (of course there was still some trouble). The FMC ended up being pregnant, which I did NOT see coming. But I actually really enjoyed the book and her being pregnant, then eventually the life of the family and a dynamic with kids. It was such a comfy read and I’m 100% open to trying to reach more into that category. Maybe I’ll find a few for my tbr list✨
