Dell Precision 5820 Tower Workstation, Intel Xeon W-2133 6-Core 3.6GHz, 128GB RAM, 512GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD + 3TB HDD, Nvidia Quadro M5000 8GB, Windows 10 Pro 64-bit from cabrs4 computers. Plugged a 2.5 nic into top pcie slot. The lights comes on, but not display from the Radeon or qaaturo card. I have a $100 if someone knowledgeable can hop on a vidoe call and figure it out
