Is brightbrain too good to be true? Possible recomendations?

NSFWSeeking Advice

A little back story..i used to remember every detail with flawless accuracy. About 8 years ago I noticed a decline. Dr and other professionals blew it off.

I once commented that I had to relearn my job every morning. My assistant kept people away from me until at least 10 am and sometimes I needed to be 2 o'clock smart for some problems.

My memory continued in decline until the shit hit the fan and I went through an executive burnout in my early 50s. Drs were more serious, Diagnosed with ADHD and put on a gammit of medications, I took early retirement and now a year later I won't take the meds and am looking for somthing that will help slow or reverse the decay of my ability to learn and remember new things.

As a therapy I've starter learning a language with private one on formal instruction. This really is discouraging as now I see how bad my memory is 3 hours a week.

I also have a therapist and life coach.

While I still own a business, i dont work much anymore and I live off grid most of the year for reduced stress lifestyle.

I have had some brain scans, some blood work and other various Apts to rule out diseases.

I've been looking at peptides and other nootropics but the list is as long as the marketing for each product.

The bright brain products really seem to tick quite a few boxes, are they legit? Is there a better aproach to this?

Advice and comments welcome...
