Is this plate obstruction? Plate is readable at a standing level 10 metres away, always readable when sat in a car, and always readable for ANPR camera in police vehicles (tested) Is this any different to all the defenders with spare wheels and ladders creating small blind spots? (Pic 2 & 3)
