Game always says network disconnected for BR and NB

On Battle Royale, and no build Battle Royale, I can't even get into a single game at all. (Video attached.) My game loads in for OG, but I do get disconnected from games and it gives me the same error. I've basically tried everything, including asking Fortnite, and their solutions didn't work either. If anyone has any solutions, please tell me!
