Presentation questions that are answered later

Just a random thought I had, when presenting, often times I will get questions that would be answered but end up needing to stop, answer the question which leads to another and then I have to back track to where I was eventually turning a 5-10 minute presentation into a 30 minute one.

Does anyone else run into this? Any advice on how to handle it? If quality presenters don’t run into this, maybe it’s more how I lay out the presentation?
