How Wisconsin could be redrawn if Liberals retain the SC. WI-03 becomes Harris+0.9 and WI-1 which contains the left and right trending areas, becomes Trump+3.2. As we all know the geography is awful for Dems. Not sure splitting Milwaukee would be welcomed.
