Is free mixing haram in social media setting?

Salam Alykum and Ramadan Mubarak to you all

This might be a dumb question but I genuinely couldn’t find an answer.

Is free mixing haram and does it break your fast? For example, being in a group chat with men AND non-mahram women, is speaking in it haram if the conversations aren’t about religion but nothing inappropriate as well? Just casual?

Another example, what about going on TikTok Lives and allowing random women up on the lives and having conversations with them. Is that haram? The women may be Muslim and may also not be Muslim.
