Should I let this guy know?

I went to the gyno to get 2 warts removed. He was confident it was just irritation from shaving but sent out the bumps he removed for testing. Turns out they were warts.

I had gone to the gyno in early January and there was no abnormal cells in my pap. The doc explained why this happens and that what I have (or had) was no big deal or issue and they may never return.

Anyway, I’ve never had them before recently so I’m pretty confident I know who I got it from but I’m not sure if it’s not big enough of a deal to text this guy and freak him out. Some guidance would be appreciated
