Acting with a cochlear

What I have isn’t exactly a cochlear, but it’s similar. It’s called a BAHA. I am wanting to pursue a career in acting, including film acting, and just wanted to know if anyone has dealt with having an implant like mine (or similar) and navigated getting work.

I’m sure there are workarounds like growing my hair to cover it, but I’m just thinking it would be anachronistic to have it and be in a production that is set in the Renaissance or something.
