This is the ABSOLUTE WORST it's ever been!

A few days ago I put in a mail search request for a package stuck in Jersey. Today it's been closed with 0 results other than giving me info that I ALREADY KNEW & COULD FIND FOR MYSELF -- that it was "last scanned" in Hillsdale, NJ. I KNOW it was in Hillsdale, that's WHY I FILED THE SEARCH IN THE FIRST PLACE YOU MORONS! They then had the sheer idiocy & gall to "suggest I file a missing mail search" after closing my initial mail search! What the actual F?! SO SICK OF DEJOY & PRESIDENT MUSK'S BS!!
