Shoe Advice Please

I’m searching for a cabinet or possibly woodworking plans for a shoe solution for our foyer. It needs to fit toddler shoes all the way up to size 13 men’s shoes. A lot of the shoe cabinets on the market seem to only hold the average women’s size. What’s the solution here for whole family shoe storage? Thanks!
