Ops Core Amp or ComTac to phone audio jack with mic?

Sorry if this is dumb but does anyone know of a solution to connect a down lead with u174/tp120 to a 3.5" jack to use on a phone?

Mostly for use as comms, not music. Phone is mostly going to be a discord channel.
