What to do with found iPhone?

A neighbor kid came to the door today with an iPhone he said was on the driveway next to my car. My wife accepted it from him thinking that our houseguest had dropped it, but it wasn't theirs. On the screen is displayed: Lost iPhone-This iPhone was stolen. I tried the side button to see if Siri would respond to "Hey Siri call home" but they must have it disabled on the Lock Screen. Should I take it to the Apple Store?
