Trouble with form CSA 1099-R data not saving

Having an issue entering the Health Insurance Payment Amount for a CSA 1099-R form. The value does not save. When I get to the end of data entry, TT says my form "Needs Review". Go back in and the value is blank.

I chatted with 2 TurboTax support people and a "TA" (tech assoc?) with no resolution other than "try later".

Anyone experience this problem and/or know of a better to help resolve this?
