Are there any homeless shelters or programs in the area that do NOT require you to be a part of a church or anything like that?

My store's assistant manager is homeless right now and I don't have the space to offer him to stay, so I'm trying to find solutions since it is way too cold out right now. He was previously living at a hotel but he's not able to make the pay with how little we get paid here. Any help is appreciated.
