Searching For Auto Sites/ Paid Guest Posts. Really Need Help

Hello Everyone!

I currently have a client that is extremely stingy when it comes to posts on their sites, I have tried everything you can think of to make this work and this is my next thought. My client wants auto sites, but just any auto sites, this must be a premium auto site, under $400. I have been working with him for about 5 months now needing about 20 a month. I am lost now, I can't find any sites at all in that range. I tried reaching out to many admins and such. I am behind now since most people I found through link outreach on facebook take weeks to post. Does anybody have any idea? Please help
