Does anyone else struggle with bad wifi?

I live in a dorm within the campus and struggle with extremely bad internet, been using my data for months now, i've tried everything but nothing works and the reception doesn't care enough to do anything about it, if anyone suffered from the same issue did you solve it? if yes how?
