Can anyone explain?

So I was banned once for my use of voice chat, which was understandable. I’ve noticed the voice chat moderation has changed considerably. But my complaint is not about my reasoned bans. If I’m playing GTA, and sit afk for long enough.. I get banned. Doesn’t matter if I never use voice chat or never kill anyone. Is it some type of perma ban that just gives me a chance to play for a day or 2 every 10 days or is there a rule against the way I play the game? Sorry for the rant but C’MON
