Microphone audio not working on VOD?

So I'm new to streaming and I recently broadcasted a live stream through my ps5 and the viewers could hear me ok but then when it came to publishing, there's no microphone audio on the vod. Is this something that can be resolved or do I need something like OBS studio etc?
