SAFELY mopping wood laminate flooring for DISINFECTING

There seems to be a lot of very different advice regarding what is safe to DISINFECT AND SANITIZE wood laminate. We had a toilet overflow into the hall and absolutely need it totally disinfected, without using anything that will harm the delicate wood laminate surface or finish. I emailed a couple of wood laminate companies with this question but no one replied. Their websites say use soap and water but that won’t disinfect. Vinegar won’t either. Does anyone have actual links to this information and not just opinions about what they use assuming it is not damaging? Thanks in advance 🙏
