Life is absolutely crazy & unpredictable

TW: Medical

I've had it pretty together my adult life. Left my abuser, started a fresh life for my kids & I. Recently had to have spinal surgery. Felt great after 5 days. Then I developed a large seroma. Post op complications. I've always been an independent woman but I'm falling further & further bc they won't clear me to go back to work. I make cl ads for side jobs someone reports the post. I paid for both of my vehicles in cash this time last year & the water pump went in one a month ago & the other one broke down on the highway yesterday. I sleep & get up in good mood then realization hits & ugh. It can't rain forever, I always say this to others but why can't I see it myself? All I see is the inevitable. Losing everything i worked for all bc of a medically necessary surgery. Ugh. Pls don't be mean in the comments. Or be mean, idc. Thanks for reading my mess.
