Help w Modest Business Casual Wear

Salamm, ramadan mubarak :)

I'll be starting a new internship soon inshAllah and recently started dressing more modestly alhumdulillah. Do you have any recommendations on what brands I should look through/items to look for etc.? I wear abaya+sweater combinations where I work now and it just blended in so it was easier to dress and transition into wearing abayas/dresses but now that summer is kicking in, I have no clue where to start. I was thinking of a pleated skirt, its not my favoriteeeeee look but I'll bite, anddd that's about as far as I've gotten lol. It gets a max of 90-ish degrees where I live (in the US) and I'm working in business/engineering/automotive so the dress code is business casual -- I'm assuming more casual than business tbh but i'm not sure so I'm looking for something casual-ish like less casual than a pleated skirt???? is that possible for us idk.

I also have some nice comfy dress pants that I still want to make use of so looking for longer business-y shirts for those. and i kinda like the vibes of an oversized blazer + maxi dress but is that actually considered business casual?

Your advice and anything else are very encouraged :)
