US Data Waster Toggle Can't Be Switched on my own
Currently, the app doesn't allow us to toggle data waster (as I explained to a chat rep). Hence, we're forced to do on the site (mobile browser or computer browser. Recently, I haven't been able to toggle on the site and am forced to ask the rep to toggle it on their end. Is there a reason why I can't toggle it on my own anymore?
Everything outside "Usage Management" can be changed on my own, but every within Usage Management cannot.
