Why is it so confusing

I bought 4 trackers and am currently trying To set up a The basic subscription and pay like $40 a month for all of them, but the app doesn’t give me that option, only pay yearly or every too years. And I can’t pay almost $700 in one go just for some tracker subscription, how can I set up the monthly payments instead of yearly, I was told it’s possible
