I485 transfer to VSC

As I requested to put i485 in abeyance and link i360 to I485, I called USCIS on 2/21 , the agent said they were lined and a notification would be sent to me soon. But so far I haven’t received it , it’s been 2 weeks. I chatted with Emma , she also confirmed my i485 is in Vermont Service Center, but a notification letter will probably bet be sent deleting the agent who handling my case. My question is : am I safe to use AP traveling now? My lawyer seems lazy to work for me after he received 6K . What should I do ? Waiting for a i797 letter or I am good to travel?
