Are these the same green? [Conquest]

The women conquest has this sunray green dial but the variations section shows completely two different shade of greens. if you click on each model, they show different colors in the detailed photos too.

I saw some folks posting their men's conquest green dial ones and they are closer to the darker shade here and not a pistachio shade, and the men's conquest only shows the darker shade. Are they the same shade?
