INTJ boss

I'm an INFX in an entry-level position with a boss who I believe is an INTJ.

I believe she's a bit of an a-hole, which isn't an "INTJ thing." But she also has some traits of an immature INTJ (judging by this subreddit). She's very critical and doesn't back off when it's obvious she's getting to me. She'll even tell me to do things that are wrong (i.e. "That refrigerator door doesn't have enough room to close with you standing there," and then I close the door without moving. Weird example, but I don't want to get too industry specific.). She's hard to get to know. She's private and doesn't emote very much. I don't know how to "bond" with her. (Due to my (sometimes immature) INFX-ness, I can be sensitive, quiet, and anxious.) How can I make this work environment better for both of us?

Again, I'm not looking to insult INTJs. I'm asking all you mature INTJs out there, how would you recommend I try to work with this person, if you could put yourself in her shoes?
