Cabaret table seats

I want to buy Cabaret table seats for my parents for the 3/22 matinee. Yes, we all know that these are really expensive. They do not want the VIP package, so I knew I would be buying them much closer to the performance date.

Does anyone have experience with when the table seats significantly go down in price (if at all)? Are table seats sold on third party sites at a discounted price? Just wanted to check to see if anyone had helpful advice to get these tickets and not pay the $500-600 each. I’m willing to pay $300 each.
