18M & 18F – Just 3 weeks into a relationship, and now it’s long-distance. Any tips?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been in a relationship with my girlfriend for three weeks now, and yesterday she told me she’s moving to another part of the country. She used to live in my village, but now she’s moving 58km further north in my province in my country. Right now, we’re about an hour apart by train, and I don’t have a car yet—if I did, it would be around a 45-minute drive. She’s moving tomorrow, so this is happening really fast.

Does anyone have any advice on making a long-distance relationship work, especially this early on? Would love to hear your experiences and tips!
