[KCD2] Random encounter with a nobleman wearing spectacles

I had a random encounter with a man wearing all red noble clothes and spectacles who seemed to know me. He asked me if I’m Henry of Skalitz. I found it very suspicious and strange, so I chose to tell him that he was mistaken, after which he just walked away and I haven’t seen him since. Has anyone else had that encounter? I tried to find any information on him online, but I couldn’t. Even YouTube videos with random encounters don’t have him.
