All spears should have reach by default.

The spear is the most ubiquitous weapon in human history, and for good reason. It allows for significant armor pen, it's cheap and fast to make, and easy to master for mass formation fighting. It allows the first two, three, or even more ranks of men to strike the enemy front rank at the same time. It's fairly disjointing to see spears so weak in the game to the point that I am leaning away from them.

Is there a mod that gives spears range to make them better? Or stronger? I feel they are fairly under powered at the moment.
