Skeleton Kinfe I Slaughter Heart pattern? Price?

So long story short i just opened my first knife and have been interested in skins like a bit and know something about skins. But i just opened this and couldn't find anything related to specifically skeleton knife slaughters about rare patterns and that sort, looked on floatdb that around 10 of thease exist with the pattern 535, but the sad part is that the heart is on the wrong side of the blade. So i was wondering if it was worth anymore than a just normar mw slaughter
