Adament nature for Cranidos straight from the fossil?

(Before anyone tells me Cranidos sucks, idc I love it because I love dinosaurs and it's based off of pachycephalosaurus) Is it possible to get a Cranidos with an adament nature straight out of the fossil or does it have to be from breeding or something? Ive been getting the Cranidos from the museum, checking the nature, and exiting the game without saving repeatedly for about 4 hours now and I'm going insane.

Kinda unrelated question: can you also get a shiny straight from the fossil too? Ill stop when I either get an adament nature or shiny one
