Decision before letter

I had a VERA appointment this past Wednesday and they informed me that I finally made it to 100%. But, it’s not reflecting in the system nor did I receive a decision letter stating my new disability percentage. Has anyone ever heard of this before? How long does it typically take for the system to update your new disability percentage and for them to send out a letter stating that?
