I wanted to share a video with you to develop the flexibility necessary to be able to do butt squats on the ground.

This video is the only one of its kind currently on the entire French-speaking Internet to directly address this topic in detail.

Discover the entire mobility and flexibility routine to perform "baby" squats, i.e. those where the buttocks are placed on the ground and then come back up without the assistance of the hands. In English it is commonly called "Squat Ass to the Grass".

This squat is a natural and innate movement in babies as soon as they can walk, they do it spontaneously without anyone having taught them. Our goal is therefore to regain the baby's ease of movement that the vast majority of people lose with age.
Ease of movement, flexibility and mobility are signs of youth, if you want to age in excellent health, this type of exercise is highly recommended.
