Accused of cheating

I play literally my first ranked game. Have only played one casual and done art of war and bot matches. I go feudal as fast as I can while keeping vill production council hall start spamming longbows on his vills. He does nothing to defend and he accuses me of cheating. Is this normal? Did I do something stupid and got lucky that he didn't counter it since he's accusing me of maphacking (i assume)?
