Event 41 kernel power error

So I built a new pc about a month ago for gaming and it performs great. I have been getting this error somewhat randomly since I built it and, for the most part, it seems to happen with low effort things. It’s mainly when I’m surfing the web or playing music. I never have issues during gaming (which is what I mainly use it for). Can someone supply me with a course of action to diagnose the problem? I see a lot of people say it’s often the psu which is an easy replacement but I don’t want to buy a new part if It’s not the problem. I also use extender cables too.
