Best graphics card upgrade from GTX 1650?

I've been using it for years now. I dont know much about pc builds and upgrading but i cant play any 'bigger' games on high graphics some not even on medium. Also it shouldnt be too exepensive so im not looking for a 500 dollar super GPU, just an upgrade.
