Coop Advice For Prospective CE Student (Stream 4)

So I just got into computer engineering and will probably be in stream 4 and I have a couple questions about coop / what to learn or work on from here?

I have experience w/ full stack development from using Theodinproject and fullstack open but I'm looking to get into embedded or firmware roles (probably not in 1a but in the future).

Any insight or advice in general would be great, thank you! :D
