What to watch out for on Elise Support?

As the title says, what are potential counters/terrible matchups/things to watch out when playing Support? People mostly focus on how great she is so I feel like one has figure the downsides by practice, already noticed that Lulu and Zyra can be painful (but Lulu is always painful, do yeah).
